Working with Frank was such a positive experience. A few reasons why: 1) He coordinated with my agent a couple days prior to get the radon tester thing in 2) He was so thorough in his findings AND got them back to me within hours of completing the inspection. 3) The initial inspection was on a super snowy day, so he offered to come back and do the exterior on a sunnier day and didn’t charge me extra for it. 4) Frank found things I wouldn’t have even known to look for, and made getting the seller to fix it that much easier. As a first-time homebuyer, this experience was something I was initially stressed about–and for no reason, because this entire process was awesome. 10/10 would hire again.
